Reflexology is an ancient scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex points on the hands, feet, and ears that correspond to every organ, system, and gland in our bodies. By stimulating these specific points, it may help decrease stress, increase relaxation, and promote an overall sense of peace and well-being in the mind, body, and spirit. During a reflexology session it is only necessary to remove shoes and socks. Those who may have concerns about your feet being ticklish or sensitive, don’t need to worry. After many years of experience, it has shown that by using the correct amount of pressure, most people are not ticklish at all. Different thumb and finger techniques will be used to apply pressure to either your hands, feet, and ears or a combination of all.

Reflexology for babies and children – Parents will learn points to do at home! Infants and children are very open to receiving reflexology. Parents and caregivers will learn techniques either in a group setting or a one on one session, certain points to help kids ease headaches, bellyaches, coughs/colds, earaches, allergies, colic, digestion issues, and to help induce relaxation at bedtime. Children require much shorter sessions and usually respond quickly $40 - 20/30 minute session.

Many different types of therapeutic massages are offered. Most often a combination of therapies are used to suit each individual’s needs. Whether you are looking for stress reduction and relaxation, you have a specific health concern, an injury, or chronic tension, massage therapy may help.

Chair massage – A massage while you are fully clothed and sitting in a massage chair – usually 10/20 minutes and will focus on your head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and back. Great for events/fundraisers and workplace employee wellness programs.
Swedish massage – The most well-known massage for relaxation. Long slow strokes are used to enhance a state of peace and tranquility. Deeper pressure may be used on area’s that you hold stress and tension.
Hot stone massage – A deeply relaxing therapy where warm smooth basalt stones are placed along the body and used in the hands while using traditional Swedish movements. The heat from the stones allows for getting deeper in the muscles and helping stress “melt” away. May be added to any session for additional $20
Pre-natal massage – For the mother to be, from the first to third trimester. This massage helps with the changes occurring in your body during pregnancy and helps to reduce tension. The use of pillows and specific positioning will allow for complete relaxation.
Neuromuscular & trigger point therapy – A deeper massage to focus on tension area’s where you may feel “knots”. Specific pressure is applied to help release tight muscles and break up adhesions and scar tissue. May also help relieve muscle spasms, chronic pain, and increase range of motion.
Oncology massage - Designed for patients who are undergoing active treatment for cancer as well as survivors during their healing process. *please see special services*
Hospice massage - The goal is to provide relaxation and comfort for those at end of life. Very soothing and relaxing. A great gift for family to give to their loved one.
Aromatherapy - Aromatherapy is an integrative therapy that involves the use of essential oils. Essential oils are concentrated essences taken from flowers, stems, leaves, and bark of certain plants. There are hundreds of different essential oils and each has their own health benefits and smell.

Essential oils may be added to any session for an addition $20 and will be customized to your direct needs for that session.

Prior to each session we will talk before and find out your needs for that day. You may choose to have a full body massage, upper body only, head, hands, and feet. It is completely your session to choose. Every session will be a little different as our bodies and needs are constantly changing.
